History

Although it is difficult to determinate the exact date of its creation, Ràdio Fusté was officially born in 1951 . The company was started under the guidance of Antoni Fusté Gabarró , a great enthusiast of anything that had to do with image and sound.

Besides manufacturing and repairing radio and TV sets, Antoni Fusté started during those initial years to broadcast all types of ceremonies and social events. Therefore, he was in charge of the PA system in performances of artists famous at the time -such as Xavier Cugat, Rudy Ventura and Manolo Escobar , amongst other.

The eleventh March 1975, Antoni Fusté Gabarró died victim of an industrial accident while repairing a television set.

Twelve years later, his son Toni Fusté Piñol takes up the business and Ràdio Fusté starts again its activity on the basement of 19, Sant Jaume Street, Igualada (Spain).

Following his father's work, Toni Fusté specialized in broadcasting of all kind of events, both public and private, and Ràdio Fusté soon became the main broadcasting company in the whole region (Anoia).

In 1989 Roc Aguilera Vaqués becomes a member of the society Ràdio Fusté Ltd., performing his activity from the offices in 31, Tarragona Street, Igualada (Spain).

In 2007 started Events Ltd. , company that integrates both knowledge and experience in the field of global production of an event. In its heartbeat, the essence and spirit of Ràdio Fusté is still playing.
